That's one of those questions that could start a fistfight, but I'll throw in my 2 cents worth.

pre '70 on acoustic guitar my vote has to go to Blind Blake. His right hand was incredible.

My other personal favorite pre '70 is Bo Carter. He had a great right hand also and played some pretty imaginative stuff.

Post '70 I haven't listened to as much. I like Steve James very much. He's really dug deep into the history of the music and covers some real gems.

I like Del Rey for the same reason plus I think her physical technique is awesome.
